Recognation
Recognation is a product of Baudville Brands designed to empower employee recognition in a company setting. While at Baudville Brands, I spent my time enhancing and creating features on the administrative and client side of the product.
With each feature I worked on, my approach always started with white boarding sessions, workshops, and basic planning to make sure all aspects of the design process are considered.
One solution I was solving for was how to get employees to know each other more in a company. The solution to this was to develop an enhanced profile. Within this profile are different components that an employee can look at to see another employees interests. This is moderated by a manager and then the backend by Baudville. User testing, research and brainstorming sessions took place, followed by wireframing.
Another solution I was tasked with solving is giving leadership or higher up in a company an insight to their employees analytics with the use of Recognation. Some user interviews were initially done to discover what statistics a company would like to know and the hierarchy of these stats. From there brainstorming, wireframing, and prototypes were produced.
